History
NORRIQ is a leading supplier of business solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. While NORRIQ counts many enterprise companies among its customers, we have specialized in the market for small and mid-sized companies. Today NORRIQ is one of the world’s foremost supplier of Microsoft Dynamics solutions with more than 10.000 customers.
NORRIQ takes its point of departure in Denmark, known for having the most mature market for ERP systems in the world. Having consolidated its place as a market leader, NORRIQ have sought to invest in the companies which it has acquired and has thereby built a solid organization to serve as a base for international development.
NORRIQ counts 400 employees in Denmark, Belgium, Iceland and the Netherlands.
The history of NORRIQ
The architect behind NORRIQ is CEO Bo Martinsen, who previously has been responsible for the Danish SMB partner channel in Microsoft. In 2007 he established NORRIQ with the acquisition of three Danish IT consultancies.
2007
NORRIQ was founded and acquired the same year the Danish IT-consultancies:
- Munk IT (Microsoft Dynamics NAV and C5, Business Intelligence and Infrastructure)
- Conzern (Microsoft Dynamics C5)
- Senseit Business Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Infrastructure)
2008
NORRIQ acquired the Danish IT-consultancy NetPartner (hosting, IP-telephony, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Sharepoint) and the Dutch and Belgium IT-consultancy Helios-IT (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Drink IT and automotive)
2009
NORRIQ Communication was founded for the purpose of having the concern’s tele-activities spun off.
Our investors
NORRIQ is backed by the Faroese group Formula International. The group consists of some of the largest and most well-established companies on the Faroe Islands. The foremost interest of Formula International is long-term investments in IT-technology.
