For our Banking Transformation team, we are looking for professionals, excited about growing their careers through roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner and Project/Program Manager.

Your profile

As a finance professional you understand how insurers, banks and other financial institutions are making use of technological innovations and driving attainable, future proof strategies within the finance function. You understand the current complexity and can see future opportunities. You’re innovative, creative and are able to translate your market knowledge into solutions and propositions. You’re capable of reflecting your enthusiasm on to your team and your clients. On a daily basis you’re jointly responsible for the expansion of our division within the industry and you’re an enthusiastic coach to other colleagues to engage and inspire them within their career.


As a Consultant / Manager, you will collaborate with our clients to understand the challenges that face their business and will have the opportunity to make a real difference during a time of exciting growth. You will also contribute to the development of the team and NORRIQ Financial Services as a whole.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define the strategy for the application and implementation of new and emerging technologies to foster operational excellence and help finances to improve in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Execute process optimizations for financial, business monitoring and other key processes within the client’s business.
  • Work together with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop competences and insights to support management in steering strategy and enable long-term value creating.
  • Create and improve customer journeys in various banking and insurance domains (Save & Invest, Loans, Payments, KYC, Life- and Non-life insurance, etc.)
  • Analyze customer data and improve the customer experience by delivering digital assets in the market
  • Participate to, or manage projects through their complete lifecycle, including monitoring the planning, budget and staffing of the team delivering the project
  • Share your knowledge and experience in various domains, depending on your area of expertise

Job requirements & Skills

  • A university master’s degree in relevant field (e.g. economics)
  • Have experience or show strong interest in the finance/banking industry.
  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
  • Proficient level of business English and fluent in Dutch or French
