Do you find yourself in the following description?
You support our customers in their daily operations by analysing questions and issues, drawing up an action plan and working out a solution together with your team members.
You communicate with your team and the customer about the approach and the ideal solution.
You also support project teams with testing, configuring, training end users, documenting project info and supporting the end users.
You can set priorities and make sure the customer is satisfied.
You bring more structure so that the customers are helped efficiently.
You speak Dutch and have a professional knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or work experience in similar jobs.
You have work experience in supporting Dynamics 365 CRM (CE), Dynamics Business Central, Dynamics NAV and/or Navision solutions.
Knowledge of other CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
