Senior Field Service Consultant

Do you recognize yourself in this description?

• You have experience with Field Service work or projects.
• You know the different aspects of field service; from planning to purchasing and invoicing.
• You can make a business analysis of operational and administrative processes in a Field Service environment.
• You’re able to put together a product demo with the NORRIQ team.
• You implement the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
• You analyse thoroughly to propose optimalisation for our customers.
• You set priorities where necessary and can work independently.
• You can organise a workshop and provide the necessary support after delivery.
• You speak Dutch and English. Basic knowledge of French is a plus. 

Which skills have you already (almost) mastered?

• You have experience with ERP or CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Business Central or others.
• You have experience with Dynamics 365 as a key user or other.
• You also have an interest in the other business processes as they may have an impact on the implementation of a Field Service solution.
