Senior Business Consultant CRM

As a Senior Business Consultant CRM, you will work on CRM implementation projects and customer support. The product you implement is Microsoft Dynamics CRM, supplemented by standard or self-developed software components.

 

Your key responsibilities

• You understand customer needs and can translate them into functional solutions within the Dynamics365 platform.
• You can inspire a customer through demos and experiences.
• You ensure the timely delivery of projects in cooperation with the Project Manager. 
• You make estimates together with your team which you'll explain in detail to the customer.
• You carry out tests where necessary and monitor the quality of the solution together with the client.
• You ensure the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM at our customers.
• Where necessary, you give training to end users. 

 

Skills for succes

• You can communicate at different levels.
• You are driven to solve problems and take ownership where necessary. 
• You have at least 3 years of experience with project implementation within the Microsoft Dynamics CE platform.
• Experience as an analyst is an asset. 
• Portals within Dynamics365 hold few secrets for you. 
• You know the difference between data migration and data integration. 
• Knowledge of financial processes and systems is a plus. 
• A good knowledge of Dutch and English. 
• You prefer quality to quantity. 
• You have a "work-hard-play-harder" mentality.
