Your key responsibilities
- You are familiar with supporting in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
- You support our customers in their daily operations by analysing CRM questions and problems and proposing a suitable plan of action.
- You propose a workable solution with the team so that the customer is unburdened.
- You also support the project team with testing, configuration and training of end users.
- You succeed in bringing structure in other to fully support the customers.
- You can set priorities and ensure that the customer is satisfied;
- You speak Dutch and have a professional knowledge of English. Basic knowledge of French is a plus;
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- You have a good knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Project Service or Field Service processes through education or relevant work experience
