Your key responsibilities
- For your customer portfolio, you are responsible for the coordination and organisation of their Customer Care. You organise the operational follow-up of incoming issues or improvements and coordinate the planning to effectively resolve them, and this while always keeping close attention to the agreed budgets.
- You are responsible for escalations of your clients and work with your peers to resolve issues.
- You are in close contact with your customers, understand their strategy to support them with their roadmap content definition.
- You take part in discussing and implementing new service delivery strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
Skills for success
- You have your residence in Belgium and speak fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- You have at least 2-5 years of experience with the Microsoft Suite: MS Dynamics 365 CRM or Business Central and/or affiliated solutions like Powerapps, Azure, Powerautomate,… either as Service Delivery Manager or as consultant.
- You have a strong affinity with IT and master 1 or more key business domains like Finance, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing.
- Other qualities: eye for detail, strong focus on customer centricity
- Excellent communicator.
- You put your client first and travel between your home office, work office and customer when needed.
