Your key responsibilities

  • After consultation with the customer, you work out a detailed analysis to understand the customer needs.  
  • You draw up a design and architecture for the needs that were identified. 
  • You use your functional knowledge of the Dynamics platform to design solutions for the customer. 
  • You can draw up a clear plan, with a timeline and deadlines, for the implementation of the CRM project. 
  • You follow up the implementation with the project team and consult with the Project Manager when necessary, about the project budget, delivery and objectives.   
  • If necessary, you also take care of testing in function of the migration and transition so that customer activities are not affected. 

After your onboarding, you will be guided by your team coach and experienced team members so that you get a good understanding of our approach and business solutions.

Skills for success

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a Microsoft Dynamics365 environment. 
  • You preferably have a degree in IT (bachelor or master) or, even better, your experience speaks for itself. 
  • Your communication and analytical skills are top notch. 
  • You have a can-do mentality; you are a team player and you are eager to learn. 
  • You stand for quality, customer focus and flexibility. 
  • You speak Dutch and can express yourself fluently in English. 
  • Certifications such as PL-200 and PL-600 are a plus.
